Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• For hygiene: underwear and socks are returnable only if unopened in their sealed packaging. Opened items cannot be returned.

Free Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label or courier pickup at no cost to you. There are no restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Email valo.group.25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the prepaid label. Return address:
New Cairo, Egypt (full address shared after approval).

Damages & Wrong Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us upon delivery and we’ll correct it quickly.

Exchanges

The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved. Direct like-for-like exchanges may be arranged when stock allows.

Refunds

You’ll be notified after inspection. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refundable if the order was faulty; otherwise it may be excluded.

Non-returnable Items

• Opened underwear and socks (hygiene).
• Gift cards and personalized items.
• We do not use “Final Sale” designations; sale items follow the same policy.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

نقبل الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط القبول

• أن تكون القطعة في نفس حالتها الأصلية دون استخدام أو غسيل، مع الكارت/التيكيت والتغليف الأصلي.
• وجود إيصال أو إثبات الشراء.
• لأسباب صحية: الملابس الداخلية والشرابات تُقبل فقط إذا كانت غير مفتوحة وبغلافها المختوم. غير ذلك غير قابل للإرجاع.

شحن الإرجاع مجانًا

نوفر لك لاصق شحن مُسبق الدفع أو استلام عبر المندوب بدون أي تكلفة. لا توجد رسوم إعادة تخزين.

طريقة البدء

راسلنا على valo.group.25@gmail.com برقم الطلب وسبب الاسترجاع. بعد الموافقة نرسل التعليمات وملصق الشحن المجاني. عنوان الإرجاع:
القاهرة الجديدة، مصر (يتم إرسال العنوان التفصيلي بعد الموافقة).

التلف أو المنتج الخاطئ

فضلاً افحص الطلب عند الاستلام وتواصل فورًا إذا وجدت تلفًا أو خطأ لنقوم باللازم.

الاستبدال

لأسرع حل، أرجِع القطعة الحالية وبعد قبول الاسترجاع قم بطلب جديد للقياس/اللون المطلوب. يمكن ترتيب استبدال مباشر عند توفر المخزون.

استرداد المبالغ

نبلغك بعد فحص القطعة. عند الموافقة يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5–10 أيام عمل. يتم رد تكلفة الشحن الأصلي إذا كان السبب عيبًا في المنتج؛ بخلاف ذلك قد لا تُرد.

غير قابل للإرجاع

• الملابس الداخلية والشرابات إذا كانت مفتوحة أو مجرّبة.
• بطاقات الهدايا والمنتجات المخصصة.
• لا نستخدم تصنيف Final Sale؛ المنتجات المخفّضة تُعامل بنفس سياسة الاسترجاع.
